We have a no quibble money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with our products.
All items are sent out by Royal Mail and are packed using protective bubble wrapping and are marked Fragile. Items abroad are sent via Royal Mail Worldwide Services.
If the wrong item is ever sent in error, please contact us before returning it to us so that we may deal with the error in the most efficient manor.
