"SO WHAT ARE THEY THEN" I hear you mutter!!! We are pleased to announce the re-releases of GRYPHON, two are now ready for despatch and the first album is currently being mastered. We also have FAIRPORT CONVENTION's 25th Anniversary Concert available which features many special guests including the one and only Mr Robert Plant. Oh Yes and there's more. Tony McPhee has dusted off the tapes from a Swiss Concert in 1991 (check out the Groundhogs section). Available now is LICK THE TINS Blind Man on a Flying Horse. For those not too familiar with LTT's they became Folk Roots album of the month back in the early 90's and had a hot with Elvis's 'I Can't Help Falling in Love With You' complete with tin whistles. Surely that's got to be it.... hasn't it. Noooooooooo and finally we have made available for you Morris persons, A TOUCH OF MORRIS, a wonderful collection of Morris music harvested from the Morris On series, Fairport, Chris Leslie and many more. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MARCH NEWS FLASH 21-03-2007 The Elephants have been busy preparing for a very special release by Wishbone Ash. Entitled FIRST LIGHT, it is the only existing recording of the band before they were signed to MCA. It features the original recordings that gave them the big deal for the their first album. The songs were then all re-recorded and mixed for the 1st album. Featured here are two never heard before tracks from the same recordings. More Fairport news and we are pleased to be able to offer once again OLD, NEW, BORROWED, BLUE and in a few weeks time the band's 25th Anniversary Concert featuring the likes of Robert Plant and Julianne Regan. We were due to receive stock last Friday whan the bad news broke. We have now managed to obtain new masters and artwork and changed pressing plants. We now estimate delivery of this release within the next ten days. Apologies for this but as you can see this was completely out of our control.
