Summer is here and the Fairport Convention band-wagon keeps rolling. Extensively playing across the country, culminating in the annual bash at Cropredy with 25,000 people, their popularity continues to grow. 'Acoustically Down Under' is from a 1996 recording in Australia when the band were at their peak with the Nicol, Pegg, Mattacks, Sanders, Allcock line-up. There is the huge bonus of Dave Swarbrick special guesting on the final track.

This recording is often considered to be one of the best Fairport live recordings ever and now for the first time it has been made available on the 180g LP Format.
